Today, I lead a nine-person product design team at Eightfold AI, helping shape AI-powered talent products from strategy through to the details of daily use. Before that, I designed for music, healthcare, collaboration, and commerce—work that taught me how to make complicated ecosystems feel clear and useful.

Lead and grow a team of nine product designers, shaping product and design strategy for an AI-powered talent intelligence platform. Own end-to-end experiences across Talent Acquisition, AI Interviewer, AI Recruiter, and Talent Design.
Improved the music experience for a diverse consumer audience and helped conceptualize a self-serve advertising platform for businesses and internal teams.
Designed experiences for Curo Healthcare’s Life in Control platform, helping people with diabetes monitor their health and access personalized guidance.
Designed an internal collaboration platform from research and analysis through interaction and visual design as part of a graduation project.
